Timely with appointment for estimate and actual job. I selected them based on reviews from other customer’s. I had several questions about trees which Butch was more than willing to answer to my satisfaction. The estimate was in line with what I expected for this type of job. More than satisfied when job was completed, area was cleaned of all tree limbs and branches. I would highly recommend Gray Brothers for any type of tree service you may need in Georgia.

My trees were trimmed, cut and water sealed yesterday by Gray and crew as promised. The price was very reasonable. There is no price tag on the reliability and the professionalism displayed by these men. While they were here; my neighbor had an emergency with some tree roots and they were able to help him and offer advice also.
I am extremely pleased with the job provided by Gray Brothers. My trees were professionally trimmed away from my roof and fence and all cuts on live oaks were properly sprayed. Limbs and trimmings were carried away leaving a clean yard. Tree stumps were removed to ground level. The job was completed to my satisfaction even earlier than expected, and at a very fair price.
Two things particularly impressed me about the work done by Gray Brothers. First, there were three workers doing the job, two in the oak trees and one on the ground coordinating the work,talking to us about our preferences,and gathering the branches for disposal as they fell. During this process,it was clear to me that they had the teamwork thing down pat and, as a result, were very,very efficient. Secondly, when the trimming was completed, our yard was completely cleaned up as well as the sidewalk and the road in front of the house. We were very pleased with the work done by Gray Brothers Tree Service and will use their services again. We encourage other customers to call them for their tree trimming needs.
We had 2 pine trees that were way too big and unfortunately one of them was dead. After the first contact, we got an appointment relatively quickly and for this the 2 pine trees were removed professionally and without difficulty, despite some danger spots (public road, hillside location, 2 residential houses and 2 garden huts). The removal of the smaller branches and the large branches was unproblematic. We can only recommend the company and have already handed over follow-up orders for another property to the company.

A very high level of commitment, experience and routine could be felt throughout. Direct hit, the walnut tree in my little garden needs regular pruning so that it doesn’t get huge in my little garden. After two other companies that did not satisfy me, I hired Gray Brothers and I am very happy. I walk past this tree every day and think: You did well, to the two tree experts. Gray Brothers worked safely, quickly, professionally and as agreed. The contact was friendly and engaging. Gray and his team are technically skilled and use a lot of equipment (climbing gear, climbers, chopper, saws, leaf blowers, etc.) to cut our massive pine tree back into a beautiful, natural shape and reduce it. He took all of the cuts with him for disposal. Our Bradford pear tree looks wonderful again. With his great expertise, Gray has diagnosed the tree directly for its vitality and taken a fungus out. As agreed, GBTS and his friendly team cut back our tree population on our 3 acre plot. Professionally competent it was a pleasure to have the team here to work. Everything was left very clean and tidy and consideration was given to all other plants and shrubs. We would definitely have them back!
In July I commissioned the Gray Brothers Tree Service to prune two fruit trees in my garden in Macon and to remove a dead pine tree. Quote was quick and the price was reasonable. The team came punctually for the agreed date, did their work and even removed all debris. All in all, a very good job, on time and quick. That’s the way it has to be!
